Homewatch welcomes experienced caregivers at every level — from certified nursing assistants and home health aides to personal care aides and independent contractors. What matters most is your commitment to providing dignified, compassionate care.

Current Openings
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provide skilled personal care and health monitoring under the direction of a registered nurse. Current CNA certification required.
- Active state CNA certification
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and light household tasks. HHA certification preferred but not required for all positions.
- HHA certification (preferred)
- Experience with elderly or disabled clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass background check
Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Support seniors with grooming, bathing, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. No certification required — we provide training.
- No certification required
- Caring and reliable personality
- Willingness to complete Homewatch training
- Ability to pass background check
Independent Contractor
Set your own schedule and work with clients that match your skills and availability. Ideal for experienced caregivers seeking flexibility.
- Proven caregiving experience
- Own liability insurance preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong references
